Co-Creating Shared Understanding and agreement in the Classroom
Federica is developing a series of educational toolkit designed to foster inclusive decision-making and collaboration, nurturing shared understanding and engagement. The approach, informed by Shared Reality Theory (Higgins, 2019) highlights the importance of various perspectives and collective wisdom in realizing superior outcomes. The proposed tools offer practical experience in co-creation, emphasizing its potential for cultivating robust relationships, trust, and cohesion. The toolkit comprises two main elements: co-creation workshops and simulated workplace interventions. The workshops provide a safe, inclusive environment where students learn co- creation techniques through collaborative exercises and simulations. These simulations tackle real-world scenarios, enabling students to apply co-creation to solve complex issues.
